Bleach is an anime based on the manga Kubo Taito (aka Kubotite). The anime follows the adventures of Ichigo Kurosaki, a young man who unwittingly becomes a Soul Reaper (Shinigami), one whose job it is to protect the innocent from rouge spirits known as Hollows.
