Born in Southampton, England, Earl owes his theatrical education to the Jellicoe Theatre and Poole College of Further Education. An accomplished vocalist, his West End debut came in January 1996 when he joined the cast of Les Misérables at the Palace Theatre as Courfeyrac. Other credits include the roles of Darryl Van Horne in The Witches of Eastwick at the Prince of Wales, as well as Ed Parsley in the original Witches Company at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. The tenor is currently playing the role of "Phantom" on the West End stage at Her Majesty's Theatre.
