"notHarvard.com" filed a lawsuit against Harvard College, seeking for a declaratory judgement that notHarvard.com doesn't infringe on Harvard's trademark. Harvard countersued. notHarvard.com suddenly declared it was changing its name to Powered.com, claiming that the decision had little to do with the lawsuits. Harvard continued its litigation. Eventually, Powered made a settlement which awarded no monetary damages, but gave Harvard.com a court judgement to use in the future.
