Published by Archangel Entertainment 1997. Designed by Ken Whitman and Sergio Aragones. 2-4 players and takes about 45 minutes. Based upon a comics character called Groo. The basic set includes 60 cards and seven dice, enough to play with up to four people. The expansion set includes another 55 cards, which will allow you to play with up to six people and makes it a better game independent of the number of players. Players compete to be the first to build a large town. Of course it isn't so easy as you are hindered by other players' rampaging armies and the frequent bumbling visitations of Groo the Wanderer.
