Also known as Charter Oak/Zion, the diverse neighborhood has a mixture of housing types, including public housing, multi-unit apartments, 2- and 3-family homes, and single family residences. It has two technical colleges: Capital Community Technical College and Albert I. Prince Technical School. It includes Rocky Ridge Park, and Trinity College, which is considered a Hartford landmark.
