Community Association Managers, licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, provide management services to homeowner, timeshare and condominium associations. Unlike real estate agents and brokers, a CAM does not list property for sale or rental but provides budget preparation, assessment collection, insurance coordination, maintenance supervision and administrative services to the governing board of community organizations with over 50 members or an annual budget of over $100,000 in accordance with Florida law.
