Ellisville, IL 61431 is a rural farming community in western Illinois. It is home to the Ellisville Opera House, along with the Babylon Bend Bridge, a architectural/engineering structure significant for the period of 1875 to 1899. Each are registered on the National Register of Historic Places. Location is 40°37'36"N 90°18'18"W Population: 116 in 1990.
