Real estate companies and individual agents are listed by the city their office is based in, not the area they cover. For example, if "Fantasy Realty" covers Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill and Cary, but the office is located in Hillsborough, they will be listed under Hillsborough. Independent real estate agents are listed in their city using a "first name, last name - Affiliate(if applicable)" format. Affiliate meaning if the office is a Century 21, Better Homes and Garden, etc. suboffice or independent agent. Example: John Smith - Century 21. Real estate offices with multiple agents are listed under the real estate company name. This is done, as opposed to just using whatever site name is given, to ensure fairness in the listings. This format is NOT negotiable and will be strictly adhered to. **Please note that all links actually are in the Business and Economy/Real Estate subcategory of each locality.**
