This is the cultural and commercial crossroads of the Northern Neck, strategically located in Lancaster County, Virginia, and bordered by the Rappahannock, Potomac, and Chesapeake Bay. A retirement and recreation haven, Kilmarnock attracts artists, writers, hunters, sports-fishermen, and all types of tourists and vacationers visiting nearby parks, museums, and historic attractions such as Christ Church. Its Central Business District provides shopping and dining for neighboring Burgess, Reedville, Irvington - home of the Tides Inn and Hope & Glory Inn - White Stone, Lively, Glebe Point, and Lancaster. Just three hours from Washington DC and less than two hours from Richmond and Williamsburg.
