This area is intended to provide a complete listing of the Local Swimming Committees which participate as members within USA Swimming. What is a Local Swimming Committee anyway? USA Swimming (USS)is divided into 59 Local Swimming Committees (more commonly referred to as LSC's). Each LSC is responsible for administering USS activities in a defined geographical area and, as its own political body, has its own set of by-laws under which it operates. A House of Delegates with representation of athletes, coaches, members of the Board of Directors and clubs is responsible for managing the business affairs of each LSC.
